Blake Ratcliff – President of Linkytown – 46 years old – Blake has been on the management team or board of various startup ventures including two successful start telecommunication ventures in China and as the original VP of Operations for WinStar Wireless. He has extensive experience as a part of venture capital due diligence teams.
Most recently, Blake assembled and executed the successful purchase and operation of Northpoint Apartments in Fayetteville, NC. This investment led to the creation of Return Property Management and the business idea for Linkytown.
Blake is a member of Chantilly Country Club, a past class president for the United States Naval Academy class of 1984, and an active official for U.S. Swim events. Blake is the father of 4 and resides in Centreville, Virginia.
Sergio Navarette – VP Sales & Marketing - 21 years old – Sergio is a student at Christopher Newport University studying Biology, Chemistry and Pre Medical Science. Sergio is a resident of the Northern Virginia area.
Sergio has been an active sales and marketing account executive for Cutco and UniMagen LLC for the past two years. At Linkytown, Sergio worked with Blake to make the components of Linkytown’s service a reality.
Chad Campbell – VP of Operations – 32 years old – Chad is a successful consulting executive supporting federal advocacy, an investor in Dominion Property Investments, a partner in Return Property Management.
Chad ensures that the business stays on a firm day to day path delivering services.
Chad holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and a MBA from the University of Maryland.
Daniel Acosta – VP of Corporate Communications and Business Development - 31 years old – Daniel is a past federal advocacy expert and consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. He brings a tremendously broad business process management experience to Linkytown.
Daniel is a graduate of Yale, holds and MBA from Georgetown and his JD from Georgetown.
Marshall Huss – VP of Engineering and Systems Development – 24 Years old – Marshall is a skilled software developer and systems engineer. He has used his background and experience to construct a scalable simple to use web marketing service for Linkytown.
Marshall is a graduate of Christopher Newport University and is currently pursuing his Master in Information Technology at Virgina Tech.
Michael Bracy – VP of Operations Support and Human Resources – 34 years old – Michael is a consultant for a federal consultancy and past FBI agent. Michael is an owner / partner in Dominion Property Investments and a number of other multifamily properties and a partner in Return Property Management.
Michael is a graduate of George Washington University in Biology. He holds a Masters of Science in Health Care Management and is currently completing a PhD in Bioterrorism Studies from George Mason University.
Carlos Sergio Navarrete - VP of International Affairs - 57 years old - Carlos is a Medical Surgeon from UAEM (Universidad Autonoma del Estado de Mexico). Carlos has extensive management and business skills. He has worked closely with Sergio to create the Latin American sector of our company scheduled to start on January 2008.
